So sad, last few days, my internet connection went down after some hiccups. I called their technical hotline (Lucky, it's not 'hot' today as usually their's is really really hot till they picked up the call after 30mins or more of waiting. I got this a few times.)
Luckily this time round, i got a nice "CCC"; CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTOR (Sounds awful~!) who gave me an appointment whereby they will send their technician down to check on the next day.
Then the next day, the medium sized technician came and fixed my problem. Because he was needed to go through a narrow space which my LED tv was right beside, so whenever he moved into the narrow space, i would feel anxious as he nearly bumped into my tv a couple of times as though there was nothing going to happen. After much fix and test, he found out that it's the cable outside of my house that causing the problem. He told me that his engineers would come by and fix the problem tomorrow "sliently" and they really came here, fixed it and went off, in slient on the next day morning, without even asking whether it's ok to use before they leave. All done in a hurry..
Actually, i have plans to terminate this internet service, not because of bad service like this (In fact, bad service is everywhere in Singapore.), but it's due to they lost the BPL contracts to their rival. I signed it together with cable tv because of my soccer passion. I'm waiting for right time, once riped, i will go for a new one.
